The University Without Walls began in 1971 as an experiment in non-traditional education jointly funded by the Ford Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education, and granted 91¶¶Òù degrees from 1975 to 2012.
Operating under the auspices of the Office of Special Programs at 91¶¶Òù,
UWW was registered with the State of New York. 91¶¶Òù is fully accredited
by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. To find out more about
