Giuseppe Faustini, professor of Italian, delivered a paper on "Storia e cultura nel cinema italiano" at the  Teaching Italian Culture Workshop March 14, 2014 at Iona College, New Rochelle, N.Y. 

Publication

Michael Janairo, assistant director for engagement, Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery, is the author of a short story titled “Angela and the Scar,” in the newly released anthology titled Long Hidden:  Speculative Fictiion from the Margins of History (Crossed Genres Publications). Janairo’s story is one of 27, all of which describe important events from the point of view of people on the margins of society.

Bob Turner, associate professor of government, was a source for a on the upcoming election in the 19th Congressional District between incumbent Rep. Chris Gibson, a Republican, and challenger Sean Eldridge, a Democrat. The report was scheduled to air several times May 22, including an evening special report on the national Fox Network News.
